Chad Lindler is organized, attentive to detail, and easy to work with.
If you are needing to build from the ground up or a remodel Chad is your guy! I have had the pleasure of working on four projects with him. He will sit down with you, listen to what you would like to do and will work his magic to come up with a great plan. He was so easy to talk to and would explain exactly how he was going to get us to the final project. He would talk to me daily about where we were, the plan for the next day and would always get back to me promptly with answers to my questions. If you are looking for someone to be right by your side as you build, you want Chad Lindler to be your Builder.
Chapin Construction did a wonderful job with the expansion of our commercial building, they met our timeline on getting the work completed for us to stay on plan, I would recommend Chad as project manager for your needs, he is quick to respond and kept lines of communication open, everyone associated with his company was pleasant to work with, call Chapin Construction and let them handle your project.
I knew for certain going into this project the importance of us finding the right contractor with the right subs, as I knew that everything we wanted was not detailed on the plans we had. That was somewhat deliberate, as we wanted some flexibility on some of the details. Chad met or exceeded my expectations. As a builder myself, I know very well how important the relationships I have with my subs constitutes the outcome of every job I am involved in, and I would be remiss if I did not give Chad the proverbial pat on the back he deserves for a job well done. Each of you that was asked to tweak something, change something, or come up with a different way to accomplish something not exactly spelled out, did so willingly, and for that I am grateful. I am thankful for Chad Lindler and his dedication to this project and the willingness to work with us to achieve our common goal. It has been a rewarding experience to work with you.

I have known Chad Lindler since 2010. He served as construction manager on my dance studio. On all levels, Chad is friendly, professional and excellent at his job. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. Ten years later the building still looks new.
There were many parts to the construction and Chad guided me step by step, even offering money saving suggestions.

My employer- a developing company that is housed within a Dental Management Company, hired Chad for the design and construction of a new 7,000 square foot retail shell with a 2,902 square foot Dental office upfit. As the in-house architect for a development company that is based in Southern California, I knew that we needed someone who could coordinate and construct the project from conception to completion, that was local to the area to handle this project at the speed we like to have them built. Chad handled the entire process from budgeting, the plan design coordination with his local architect and consulting engineers, as well as obtaining subcontractor and supplier input to ensure that the project stayed on schedule and within budget. The coordination between the site work, building shell construction, and the tenant improvement was excellent and proceeded flawlessly. He also served as a constant and responsive main source of contact with immediate responses regarding submittals and permitting statuses. We would highly recommend Chad and his services and look forward to working with him in the future!
I have known Chad Lindler for 15 plus years in his role as a contractor, client, and business professional in the construction industry. First and foremost, I believe Chad to be a man of character and principles. He is always reliable, responsive, and fair and stands behind his word in an industry that requires day to day integrity.

Honest, transparent, punctual. The type of company (ran by the type of family) where a handshake agreement is an ironclad guarantee.
Interested in checking into the other commercial contractors….? So was I – let me help save you some time. I went to several commercial contractors with the general idea of an office space, I was given very little time, and given even less constructive information on how to make this a reality.
Thankfully I was put in contact with Chad Lindler of Chapin Commercial Construction – completely different experience. I could write a novel about how much Chad did to help me figure this out, he was unbelievably giving of his time and knowledge to help me understand what I needed to do. I spent hours on the phone and in email discussion with Chad helping me get the pieces together for this build. At that time I had no obligation to utilize his company, and I had not paid him anything.
Ultimately, Chapin Commercial Construction (CCC) did a design build from the ground up for us. Throughout the entire build Chad and his team were in constant contact with us, often answering questions before we had a chance to ask it. If I emailed, called, or sent him a text – he was always great about getting back to me in a timely manner. If I needed something done, or a document for records – it was always handled quickly. His wife was amazing with communication as well – always transparent about where we were in the build, and if I had any questions, she always had the answer.
The budget projections we had laid out in the beginning were met perfectly. If we had anything that came in under our projected budget, they let us know and credited that towards our build.
Hoping to complete your build on time…? CCC did better than that, we finished earlier than we had projected – and communication was clear throughout so I knew exactly where we stood.
I get compliments daily from people about how beautiful the office space looks, both interior and exterior. CCC exceeded our expectation.
Summary: Fantastic communication, honest and transparent, reliable and timely, genuinely care about the project and the people they are building it for, understands financial parameters and stays within budget. Good people who understand the importance of the human element in the process of conducting business. Honestly feel like I gained a friend through this process and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work with CCC.
If you don’t give Chapin Commercial Construction the opportunity to at least have a discussion with you about your project, you are selling yourself short.
We were introduced to Chad by a mutual contact who raved about Chad’s abilities, dedication and expertise in construction and development in that market. Following introductory discussions we engaged Chad on our project for full design-build. Chad and his group of consultants and sub-contractors charged fair prices, hit every deadline and every budget and kept us constantly apprised of progress along the way. I first met Chad Lindler when our church began construction of a Family Life Center. Having previously been involved in construction of a dining hall for a Camp and Conference Center in Upstate SC, I was somewhat familiar with construction processes and progression. From the first I felt that Chad was concerned with our unique situation and needs and found all through the process that he was always available and ready to address my questions or concerns. He was personally involved when questions surfaced about quality of construction by sub contractors and all was put in order to everyone’s satisfaction quite quickly. I never found it difficult to contact him and never felt put-off or delayed in his response. I appreciated Chad’s attitude of friendliness, even when at one point he was faced with contrary building committee members. He always seemed to smooth things out. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. If I had another project to construct, I’d give Chad a call.
Chad Lindler’s work on the renovations of the Sunday School wing at St. Jacobs Lutheran Church NALC was exceptional. He was fundamental in the design and implementation of this project. As the Pastor of the church I was constantly amazed by the hands-on approach he demonstrated during the whole of this project, he consistently demonstrated skills of leadership that included great communication, delegation, development and planning. As the primary contact for the church I felt very included and informed in all phases of the project. Chad Lindler is a builder and a man you can put your trust in and I have no reservations at all in recommending him to any and everyone who wish to walk side-by-side with him in any project. We used Chad Lindler in 2018 for the design and building construction of our pre-engineered metal building auto repair shop addition in Chapin, SC. Chad was able to provide accurate budget numbers for our proposed construction, helped coordinate all aspects of our building design to include civil, structural and architectural drawings, and handle the construction process from start to finish in a smooth, clean, cost effective fashion. The permitting process was simplified, we had no failed inspections, and the job duration was realistic and well communicated.
